Reelov Terms & Conditions

General Use of Service

To access Reelove, users must register and provide a valid Thai ID card for verification. Listing fees and Featured fees are processed via Stripe.com and are strictly non-refundable once the listing is live.

Terms for Buyers

Buyers pay sellers directly via PromptPay or Stripe.com. Reelove does not hold funds. Please verify the seller's rating and ID status before transferring. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, medical supplies, and cosmetic samples.

Terms for Sellers

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and photos. Counterfeit items (Grade AAA), illegal goods, or misleading ads are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without fee refunds. All sales are private contracts between you and the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Reelove is a listing portal, not a party to the sale. While we provide mediation support via mail@reelov.app, our liability is limited. Final disputes must be resolved by the parties involved through official legal channels or police reports.

Listing Fees and Credits

Upon registration, users receive a 100 THB credit for listing fees only. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. Listing fees and Featured fees are service fees for the use of the portal and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the item is sold, deleted, or the account is banned for policy violations.

Direct Transactions

Reelove provides the platform for listing but does not participate in the actual sale. Payment for items is made directly from Buyer to Seller via PromptPay or the Seller's Stripe link. Reelove does not provide "Escrow" services. All risks associated with the quality, delivery, and authenticity of items are strictly between the Buyer and the Seller.

Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from listing: counterfeit/pirated goods (Grade AAA), medical supplies, cosmetics samples, supplements, hazardous materials, and any items illegal under Thai Law. Reelove reserves the right to remove these listings and seize remaining credits without notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false Thai ID verification, engage in fraudulent behavior, or harass other users. If an account is terminated due to fraud, Reelove will cooperate fully with the Royal Thai Police and provide necessary data for prosecution.
