Data We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. For sellers, we collect a copy of your National ID Card to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This sensitive data is stored securely and used strictly for verification purposes.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve user experience. This involves placing cookies on your device to collect anonymized data such as IP addresses and browsing behavior. You can manage your cookie preferences through our consent banner.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to manage your account, facilitate transactions, and provide customer support. We retain ID card data for a period of 10 years as required for legal compliance and fraud prevention in accordance with Thai Law.

Your Rights (PDPA)

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by contacting us at mail@reelov.app.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share necessary data with Stripe.com for payment processing of platform fees. If you log in via Facebook, Google, or LINE, those providers will share certain profile data with us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on: (1) Contractual necessity to provide our marketplace services; (2) Legal obligation for identity verification; and (3) Legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving our platform.

Sensitive Personal Data

When you upload your Thai ID Card, we may inadvertently receive sensitive data (e.g., Religion, Blood Type). We ask that you mask this data. If not masked, we do not use this sensitive data for any purpose and store it only as part of the identification image.

International Data Transfers

To provide our services, your data may be transferred to and processed by Stripe.com and Google Analytics on servers located outside of Thailand. These providers maintain high-standard security protocols to protect your information.

Data Security Measures

We implement enterprise-level encryption and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal data. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.

Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account. ID Card data and transaction logs are kept for 10 years after account closure to comply with Thai anti-money laundering and consumer protection laws.

Protection of Minors

Reelov is not intended for users under the age of 20 (Thai legal age of majority) without parental consent. If we discover we have collected data from a minor without such consent, we will delete it immediately.
