Everyone is welcome! Whether you are a homeowner decluttering your closet, a market stall owner, or a business selling overstock and outlet items, Reelov is for you. If you have pre-loved items that deserve a new home, you can sell them here.

When you join Reelov, we gift you 100 THB instantly! This credit is stored in your account and can be used to pay for your product listing fees. For example, you can list up to 20 items (under 100 THB each) or set 2 items as "Featured" for free!

It’s easy! Just sign up, click "Add Item," upload up to 3 photos, and set your price. A small listing fee will be deducted from your credit balance once the item is posted.

We charge a small fee to keep the marketplace running:

• Under 100 THB: 5 THB fee


• 100 - 300 THB: 10 THB fee


• 300 - 1,000 THB: 20 THB fee

Want more views? You can set your item as "Featured" for 50 THB.

Reelov is a community-driven marketplace. While payments are made directly to sellers, we require all users to register with verified emails or social media accounts to maintain a safe and honest shopping environment.

Shipping is arranged between the buyer and the seller. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Once you pay, the seller will ship the item to your registered address.

Buying is easy and secure! When you checkout, Reelov generates a PromptPay QR Code with the exact total. You can simply scan and pay directly to the seller. This ensures the seller receives the funds instantly so they can prepare your shipment.

To list items, you can use your Reelov Credits. You can top up your balance anytime using Credit Card, PromptPay, or TrueMoney. These credits are used to pay for individual listings or to upgrade your items to "Featured" for maximum visibility!

After scanning and paying via PromptPay, please upload your payment slip in the order details page. This notifies the seller immediately so they can verify the transfer and start shipping your item. If you forget to upload it, you can always go to your "My Purchases" menu to attach the slip later.

When a buyer uploads a slip, you will receive a notification. We recommend always checking your bank account to verify the amount and time matches the slip before shipping the item.

The shipping price is clearly stated on each product page. Some sellers may even offer Free Shipping! If you buy multiple items from the same seller, the shipping cost is capped at a maximum rate, so you can save more when you bundle your favorite finds!

Since Reelov is a marketplace for pre-loved items, returns must be agreed upon directly with the seller before any items are sent back. Please message the seller to discuss their specific return policy. Please note that our system does not currently handle automatic refunds; all return arrangements are made privately between the buyer and seller.
